GHISLAINE MAXWELL SENTENCED TO 20 YEARS IN PRISON

 

Ghislaine Maxwell has been sentenced to 20 years in federal prison for her role in the Jeffrey Epstein sex-trafficking ring.

U.S. District Judge Alison J. Nathan :

“Ms. Maxwell directly and repeatedly and over the course of many years participated in a horrific scheme,” Nathan said. “Ms. Maxwell worked with Epstein to select young victims who were vulnerable.

Maxwell's lawyer claims her client has been vilified and treated unfairly.

"We all know the person who should have been sentenced today avoided accountability, avoided his victims, avoided absorbing their pain and receiving the punishment he truly deserved." Maxwell's lawyer said.

Maxwell's attorney also stated that Jeffrey Epstein left Ghislaine Maxwell holding the whole bag.

Oddly enough, Maxwell was put on suicide watch just prior to sentencing. Maxwell's lawyer stated, “She is not suicidal."

According to the Guardian, federal prosecutors said Maxwell had been put on suicide watch in part because she had reported to the jail’s administration that the facility’s staff were potentially “threatening her safety.” The lockup’s staff put her on suicide watch to remove her from the facility’s regular population while it investigated Maxwell’s claims.

Much of social media responded to the news of  Maxwell being placed on suicide watch with "Maxwell didn't kill herself." which is reminiscent of the Jeffrey Epstein suicide conspiracy. Epstein somehow managed to kill himself inside a maximum-security prison facility, and there were no witnesses; the guards did not see a thing, and the cameras just so happened to be broken at the time of his suicide.

(Reuters) - Two cameras that malfunctioned outside the jail cell where financier Jeffrey Epstein died as he awaited trial on sex-trafficking charges have been sent to an FBI crime lab for examination, a law enforcement source told Reuters.

Epstein was more than likely murdered, silenced to keep him from revealing what could have been pretty damming information concerning some very high-profile people. No one would be surprised if Maxwell suffered the same fate.
